RMS 1411 Installation

Dear All,

We would like to Install RMS 1411 and are not using Brazil Localisation. Do we need to install 14.1 as prerequisite for 14.1.1 or can we directly install 1411. The 1411 Install guide is provided for Brazil localisation and is bit confusing. Do we need to follow the same for non brazil localisation?
