I have a delinquent transaction in Advanced Collections. When I am on the Transaction tab, I select

I have a delinquent transaction in Advanced Collections. When I am on the Transaction tab, I select the Transaction Details button, but although the page is shown, the fields are blank apart form Customer Account Number. The information is still available in against the transaction in AR. Is there any way that I can update the fields in Collections.
