User Can't Use Mass Update After Request Timeout
An ERP user was performing a mass update on ERP Open Periods Mass Update when the request timed out when they were sorting a list of 300 business units by "Open to Period" and screen said to contact System Admin. After that session, the user has retried starting a mass update on open periods with no success, the screen just blanks out and freezes. This happens ONLY to this specific user and regardless of which browser type or which PC she is using, so it is not due to a locally cached session. Others can log in under their ID
