HOW TO SET RPL TO GENERATE ONE ORDER PER LOCATION

We´ve set Replenishment parameters for item ( item list) ; but we want to be able to change the supplier Inventory Management to single loc per order.

-Is this feasible to do after the items have been set?

-The change of Inventory Management has to be done at the supplier site level, is this correct?
