This document provides info on how to upload files to Oracle Support, recommended file transfer tools and usage instructions.

Several methods exist to upload files to Oracle support based on file size.

    MY ORACLE SUPPORT (MOS) File Upload - 2 GB max

    FTPS & HTTPS to MOS File Upload service - 200 GB max

    Diagnostic Assistant (DA), using MOS file utilities - 200 GB max
