PCard attachments lost during voucher build

In our PCard reconciliation process, users add attachments to the transaction lines on the PCard.  When the voucher build process is run to create the PCard vouchers, the attachments do not get carried over from the PCard to the voucher.

Has anyone had this same issue?  If so, is there any way to ensure the attachments are carried over to voucher?
