Mobile Application Platform - Migrating across environments

Hello,

I am tryting to determine a way to migrate MAP definitions across environments. So I need to build a complete package that includes document definitions create with the Document Builder, as well as custom code packages and layouts. Presumably that should be accessible through the application designer, but I can't make it work.

Here is what I attempt:

Insert > Definition into project > Definition Type: Documents > CURRENCY_CD_TBL (i.e. the actual definition)

Results view shows:

1 Application Package PeopleCode  definition(s) in project.
1 Documents  definition(s) in project.
1 XML Documents  definition(s) in project.
