Unable to create output temp file: OAM 11g WebGate on Apache 2.2

Hello IDM group


We're seeing the following error when running the EditHttpConf Tool


The error message is "Unable to create output temp file". All previous steps completed successfully

Environment: OAM 11.1.2.3 on Redhat 5

WebGate: 11g WebGate for Apache 2.2

Apache is running in privlieged mode on port 80 and as apache/apache


WebGate installation was performed as apache user


I'd greatly appreciate any help to fix this issue
