Using Third Party Web Service for Financial Sanctions options

HI all,

According to the documents, SDN search function can also use third-party applications that can accept XML-based search requests and create XML messages containing the search results using Web services protocol.

We have configured use SES and SES search definitions with the Exclusions data from http://www.treasury.gov/ofac/downloads/sdn.xml

Currently we need to use 3rd party Web Service exclusion search web service from sam.gov.

Does any one have an idea how to use the option or any one used the 3rd party Web Service or  applications for SDN search functions in PeopleSoft FSCM.?
