Use of Oracle init.ora hidden parameters in 12c CRM 9.2

Question regarding the new CRM environments.   In Oracle 11g, for performance sake we had to make use a few Oracle init.ora hidden parameters (recommended by Oracle Support).  They were:

_gby_hash_aggregation_enabled=FALSE

_ignore_desc_in_index=TRUE

_unnest_subquery=FALSE

Are these still recommended for Oracle 12c and PeopleSoft CRM / Peopletools 8.54 … either way, are there any new ones recommended?
