'PA Project Workflow' notification page has default "Note" from earlier user. This Response section

Hi,

We have requirement where 'PA Project Workflow' notification shows default "Note" from earlier approver. This is standard functionality of oracle to have default "Note".

We are looking for a workaround to make this Note field as Blank, when sent to any approver.
