How to apply 9.1 maintenance packs without update gateway ?

Hello, everybody.

The task i have at my hand is to install a FSCM 9.1 demo with all the latest updates available.

There is no update gateway anymore so the old automatic "search, download and apply" method doesn't work anymore in Change Assistant.

Now, I can download maintenance packs manually from Patches and Updates, but is there a way to apply them with CA? They aren't getting detected when I place the zip files into "download" directory.

Is the only way to execute everything manually without CA?
