AWE Escalation

We are trying to escalate to another user group using the transaction and operator as binds to the user group query, but cannot get it to work.  When I run the escalation process now, I do see that it selects the transaction, but it does not reassign it.


I have seen several threads and documents, but I have not been able to get it to work.
