Delinquent Transactions Node showing zero records

Hi All,

Hope all are doing good. I have one question that in my UWQ, Delinquent Transactions node it not showing any records when I restricted the Work Queue Access. But, Delinquent Account node is having the records. I have gone through the Doc ID 1300873.1. There they had a same problem like this but, their business level is Bill To. In my case, business level is at Account level.

I just want to know that is this bug for all levels of business level or only at Bill To level. If it is only at Bill To level, what would be the action to see delinquent transactions count in my case. Please help me on this.
