Changing collector assignment

Hi,

Need your help in with this issue. I need to change the collector in one operating unit from person A to person B effective from 1st Jul. I went to territories and end dated person A with effectice date of 30th Jun and added person B with effective date of 1st Jul under the matching attribute that exist. But when I am running "RH Aging - 7 Buckets  - By Collector Report" it still displaying person A for Aug invoices. I tried running Synchronize Territory Assignment Rules and  IEX: Territory Assignment but did not help. Under territory changes report, I
