Unable to access Payment Request Template page

Hi Team,

I'm trying to set up payment request functionality in 9.2 instance. However, under voucher I'm unable to find payment request template link (Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, then select Product Related, then select Procurement Options, then select Vouchers )


its 9.2 demo instance and I'm accessing it through VP1 user id.

Can you please let me know what could be reason for it ?
