PTSQRTST runs to error

Hi All,

PTSQRTST SQR runs to error in one of our testing environment. The SQR is failing in Global_DateTime_Tests: FAILED. Errorlog attached.

We are in peopletools 8.53.18.

Can anyone tell us if you have encountered this issue and the steps to resolve this issue.

I already saw a similar issue in Oracle community but there were no solution provided.
