CPU Overutilization health deduction

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

I was trying to find a clear statement about what the health deduction is for high CPU utilization but can't find anything in the documentation.
How many health score points will be deducted when the CPU is utilized with 90%, 95% and 99%? Will such utilization trigger a failover?
