OIM self-service password reset

Out-of-the-box OIM self-service password reset asks users to answer challenge questions to reset their password. Is there a way to change this workflow and send an email to the user with a password reset link?

Our challenge here is we are moving from OID 10g to 11g and this is our first implementation of OIM. We do not want existing users to go in and select challenge questions and answers.

Let me know some ideas here.
