pre delinquent strategy issue

Hi

below is the requirement and we did the setup like this.

Business wants Pre delinquent shouldbe appiled if the customer having invoice which become due in next 5 days and score is between 100-95

as per the note: 2032932.1, we created the custom scoring engine and strategy. but when we run the scoring engine harness program with scoring engine, Predelinqent determination(custom scoring engine as per note) and bill to scoring, we can see the status as pre delinquent at header level and transactions level in the queue. but score was generated by considering bill to scoring engine and wrong strategy were applied
