BI Publisher - Direct output to the printer

On FSCM 9.1 | Tools 8.53

We are at county government site and they use BI publisher to send invoices to various external customers. There are sometimes 100 invoices that need to be printed out and sent via hard copy to these customers. We would like to make it so that the clerk that has to mail them out doesn't have to open each one individually and print out 100 of them. We would like to direct output to the printer. However we have placed the network path to the printer in the 'Output destination' and it didn't go, also the ip address of the printer
