Can we create Fixed Deal at class or subclass

Dear Support,

I have created a Fixed Deal in RMS at class level and subclass level . After executing the vendinvf  batches deal income is not generated in STAGE_FIXED_DEAL_HEAD table.

But when we create the same Fixed deal at department level , deal income is generated in STAGE_FIXED_DEAL_HEAD.

Is there any option in RMS to create Fixed deal at Class/Subclass level.
