Pass AppID to login.jsp in OAAM

We need to pass the AppId to this(login.jsp) page for another TAP authentication scheme e.g.:

bharosa.uio.appId1.header

bharosa.uio.appId1.footer

Tried to pass the AppId as a query parameter with the Login.jsp page, but it did not work.

Please let us know the correct way in which we can pass the AppId to the Login.jsp in order to show different header and footer pages.

Let me know if more details required.
