Payment without a Voucher..is that possible?

Hello.

We have a handful of Payments (on the PAYMENT_TBL) that will not Post.  They are not picked up by the payment posting process because there are no vouchers for these payments.  They payments were picked up and created via a paycycle.  But there are no vouchers for these payments on the PS_VOUCHER or the PYMNT_VCHR_XREF table.  I was just wondering if anyone knew of a scenario in which Payments could be created without having a voucher.
