Credit Application Notification

Hi All

We use OCM (linked OM) .Credit applications are created upon order going on hold and credit analyst receives a notification . We need additional fields added to this notification so it helps analyst to act based on those key info in the body.  Surely its leading to workflow notification modification but can someone confirm is there a way we have to assign this custom workflow notification from forms in OCM or OM such that if we need to switch back to oracle standard we can do so from frontend.
