Can Peopletools for PS FSCM,HCM & CRM applications can be upgraded simultaneously at the same time?

We have 3 below PeopleSoft applications
- PeopleSoft Financials;
- PeopleSoft HCM; and
- PeopleSoft CRM (HR Helpdesk).
These applications are integrated using integration broker.
The question is “As a principle,
should we schedule out PeopleTools upgrades for the applications simultaneously
in order to maintain the same version of PeopleTools across applications?”
