How to resend Work flow emails

hello

Many a time we come across a problem where Work flow mailer has generated  emails and it does not reach to the precipitant. . Is there any way to regenerate the emails. We have been using Work flow mail for PO and Requisition approval  . We are on R 12.1.1.
