Oracle Retail certification with Oracle database 12.1.0.2.x version

Hi,

The latest rgbu_compatibility.xlsx certification matrix says only following version (14.0.3) of MOM modules are certified with database version 12.1.0.2 on Linux x86_64bit. Does it means only 14.0.3 version works with database 12.1.0.2 and not the higher versions like 14.1 or 14.1.1? When are these version 14.1/14.1.1 are certified to run on Oracle database version 12.1.0.2?
