Combo Build Performance Issues using 2 or more chartfields

Hello,

We have seen an increase in time of the FS_CEBD process when adding more than 2 chartfields to a rule.

We are currently trying to create a combination editing definition using 4 chartfields as shown in the screenshot below. 

Has anyone else seen this issue?  Has anyone else implemented a definition using more than 3 chartfields?  Does anyone have any recommendations on resolving the performance issues or troubleshooting tips to determine what is causing this process to run longer?
