AddAttachment failed (137,2)

Hi everyone,

Recently, our organization has just upgraded to the tool 8.54.10. Since then, the users have experienced issues with add attachment function.

Usually, when a user clicks the add-a-file button, the user will be prompted to select a file to upload.

However, since the upgrade, as soon as the user clicks the button, the error just pops up without letting the user to select a file to upload.

Does anyone encountered the same issue? Please help.

The below is the error message:

AddAttachment failed (137,2)

An error occurred while attempting to upload the file you selected.  This may be because the file's name contains a character we treat as invalid (* : " < > ?).  If so, please appropriately rename your file and try again.
