How do you set up a webgate/accessgate for a second apptier thats going vs the same Oracle SID?

I have two EBS 12.1.3 apptiers (one just for self service apps only) and the other for forms based transaction input.

I've successfully installed a webgate/accessgate config (OAM to OID) for the forms based apptier (host1)

What are the steps needed to successfully config OAM/Accessgate in front of the self-service tier. (host2)

Please advise...
