Failed to initialize the application 'oam_admin [Version=11.1.2.0.0]' due to error weblogic.manageme

Hi everyone,

Encountrered this error when deploying startWeblogic.sh, it seems that because of this, we can't access ip-address:7001/oamconsole. My Managed Servers are running OK, AdminServer and oam_server1. Other deployments like DMS application, em, under AdminServer also says "state" is failed
