PeopleSoft CA aborts with JAVA Platform SE Binary has stopped working

Hi,

I applying tax updates to my HRMS 9.2 environment  using PUM13.  I've successfully patch my dmo environment.  However when attempt to apply to another environment CA crashes when I attempt to define my database for my next target environment.  A JAVA(M) PLATFORM SE BINARY HAS STOPPED WORKING appears on the screen, and CA shutdown.

Has anyone experience this issues before.  I attached a image of the message..  Thanks for your help.
