Virtual warehouse missing from options menu in RMS14.1

Hello Support Team,

After installation RMS14.1,We are unable to see the virtaul warehouse creation in option menu in RMS14.1,Any one have install RMS14.1 and face such issues.

Could you please help me out on the above issue.
