Employee creation in ReSA 14.1

Hello Oracle Support,

I am unable to create employees and assign location traits to it in ReSA 14.1.

Please  answer my few doubts:

1. If we have to create user first in LDAP,then then  why there is a window of  creating employee in ReSA.

2. If we use existing user then it is throwing an error that "Employee can't be added as no location traits assigned to the employee".So before adding the employee,how can we attach location to it.

In User Guide , it is mentioned to create employee first then assign location to it.

Please guide me to create employee in ReSA.
