Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. user role privileges in RMS 12.0.X for Chain

Dear Team,

We are on RMS 12.0.X , created a new chain and while trying to view it through application , following error has been found

" Due to security group association , you don't have privileges for chain 56000"

But we are able to view the old chain details.

Kindly let us know how to overcome the error either from GUI or DB.
