Set Tab Order not working for some applets in OUI IP14

We Have some issues related to the tab order(tab sequence) not working correctly for some of the applets in our application,. We have tried resetting the tab sequence and also tried Sequence override property but it was of no use. The issue is only replicable in OUI and tab order works fine for the HI application.

Please suggest a way to correct this.
