PO Closeout is not updating Commitment Control tables properly.

When we close a PO, encumbrance value in commitment control is not changing to '0' instead it is doubling up. Not sure why. We recently re-implemented 9.2. We were using 8.8 earlier. Did we miss any setup?

It is updating ps_kk_activity_log correctly. But not ps_kk_act_log_fs

Please advise.
