need help routing BI publisher reports based on location

Hello all,

I have a BI report that uses the EMPLID as a prompt.  When run, it produces a beautiful welcome letter for the new hire.

Currently, the admin needs to run this for each new hire as she gets notification that a new associate has been hired.

The goal is this:

To be able to run it once a day for all new hires for that day.

To be able to distribute the output to the correct admin based on the location of the new hire.

We can change the data source query to include the location of the new hire, no problem, There is also a way that we could add into the query what oprid should be getting the report based on the admin that has the role and routing control that matches the location of the new associate.
