Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cannot Active Item at Parent level

Item Parent # 25153(Style) is discontinued in RMS I tried to activate store 217 at item Parent level and I got the error message.

I was able activate at item (SKU) level. I was told that we should be able to activate at Parent Level. Please refer the attachment.
