Is it possible to sync psversion number only for specific tables?

SYS Audit report showing version number mismatch for only 3 tables - Is there any way to sync the version numbers specific to these tables only (or) we have to run PSVERSION AE program which will include all objects.. and will this AE program impact the objects which are already in sync ?
