Handler peoplecode not executed.

Hi Friends,

I’m using a delivered service operation ELAPSED_TIME_ADD. When we invoke the operation the HANDLER is not executed, but when I try Handler tester it gets executed.

I verified that HANDLER, Service Operation, Routings are active. Queue’s status is set to RUN.

This environment has been recently refreshed from Production. I’m not sure what’s missing.

Any help is appreciated.
