Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello All,

In Code_detail Table, under code_type 'PRMT', we have code : 2000-DTC Promotion, 1006-Off Retail

Can you please let me know under which condition, we can have these two codes populated in RTLOG?
