Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. New Install - when to apply Bundle Patches?

I just did a new install of OAM, OIM/SOA 11.1.2.3.0 and ran config.sh to create the OAM domain.

I also downloaded all of the required Bundle Patches.

Question: Should I apply the Bundle Patches prior to the first time of starting the servers or should I wait until after?

I haven't seen it mentioned in the docs.

Please advise...
