pasteConfig for T2P failing

The following error is seen when running pasteConfig in DC2, Node 1

From the clone error logs...

SEVERE : Sep 30, 2015 19:08:40 - SEVERE - CLONE-20936  "pasteConfig" operation failed for oracle.security.am.t2p.impl.AMPasteConfigImpl plugin. Check clone log and error files for more details.

SEVERE : Sep 30, 2015 19:08:40 - ERROR - CLONE-20218   Cloning is not successful.

SEVERE : Sep 30, 2015 19:08:40 - CAUSE - CLONE-20218   An internal operation failed.

SEVERE : Sep 30, 2015 19:08:40 - ACTION - CLONE-20218   Provide the clone log and error file for investigation.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/igf/ids/IDSException

I believe this could be related to the identity store but any help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated
