Query administration not showing any queries having run since upgrade

We upgraded from HCM 9/1/PT8.50 to HCM 9.2/PT 8.53 a couple of months ago.  Up to that point, any time I went to the query administration page I could see what queries had run recently.

I just went to the Query administration page for the first time since the upgrade and noticed that it shows that the last query that was run was July 9th, 2015, which is the last day before we upgraded PeopleSoft.

So it looks  like ever since the upgrade, none of the queries that have run are showing up in Query administration.

Is there a known reason why this would be happening?  What do I need to do to get the query administration page to work again?
