Workcenter header rendering incorrectly post migration

Hello,

We created a custom workcenter and are trying to migrate it to a test environment using the Data Migration Workbench.  Everything seems fine, except for the workcenter header is being rendered incorrectly.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  I searched through MOS and couldn't find anything.
