Getting error:"An Error happened during restoring the context for requested location" on Pick applet

I am getting the error:"An Error happened during restoring the context for requested location.(SBL-UIF-00313)" whenever  I open a pickapplet and try to step off the record or press save or cancel button. Could you please tell how to resolve this issue. This issue is occuring in Open UI IP15 patchset3.
