Query on local policy configuration

Hi Team,

I need clarification on local policy feature in SBC 6300/9200.

In the current configuration, We configured 25 codes in the To field. We plan to add around 18K codes in the To field( Sample configuration which plan to execute given below )

Will the SBC accept the 18K codes in the To-filed of local policy ?

1.    What will be impact of adding around 18K codes in local policy on Synchronization time of HA pair

2.    Suggestion for modification HA timers

3.    Best practice to define large number of codes in local policy, whether to be defined in single local policy or multiple local policies with few codes.
