Purchase order email approval failed

Hi !

I have an issue with purchase order approval by email in OEBS 12.1.3

The notification in oracle seems fine but, the email is not sent, its mail_status in the wf_notifications table ends in 'FAILED'.

Other notifications are sent (the withdraw notification for example)

The AME part of workflow is customized and the message involved in this issue is a copy of PO_AME_APPROVE.

I don't see anything wrong using wfstats or wfmlrdbg scripts but i enclose them in this message.

however , in mailer log i have this message :
